Start your skin care ritual with the moisturizing Deep Cleanse cleansing foam. Completely free of drying, irritating tensides, the foam is suitable for daily cleansing for all skin types and even gently removes your make-up. The contained amino acid-based moisturizer (almost identical to the skin’s own NMF) moisturizes the skin right during cleansing, while simultaneously tightening the skin.
 
Tip:
The Deep Cleanse cleansing foam is also perfect as a shaving foam!
 
Application:
In the morning and evening, use wet hands to foam up an approximately pea-sized amount of product briefly. Then apply to face, neck and décolleté. Rinse off with sufficient water and continue with further care. Repeat 1-2 times,if necessary

What is special about the bdr Deep Cleanse cleaning foam?
A common ingredient in almost all skin and hair cleansing products is SLS — Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, a powerful degreasing foaming agent. Although these surfactants clean thoroughly, they dry out the skin and hair massively. They also attack the mucous membranes and the eyes and are generally irritating to the skin. People with sensitive skin in particular therefore react quickly with skin irritation, dry, scaly skin or even irritation of the mucous membranes.
bdr® Deep Cleanse. The cleaning foam does not require any SLS or other aggressive surfactants.
 
What is NMF?
Our skin's natural moisture retention system is called Natural Moisturizing Factor (NMF). This ensures that our skin is always well moisturized. NMFs include lactic acid, urea and hydrophilic amino acids. The NMF concentration decreases with increasing age.
Intensive skin cleansing with water and soap reduces the NMF concentration in the superficial layers of the skin. A loss of NMFs manifests itself, among other things, in dry skin and an increased risk of skin diseases that are promoted by skin barrier dysfunction.
For this reason, we have supplemented the new cleansing directly with an active ingredient complex that is similar to the skin's own: PRODEW® 600.
 
What is PRODEW® 600
PRODEW® 600 is a paraben-free blend of PCA and amino acids designed to intensely hydrate skin.
The amino acid composition of PRODEW® 600 is almost identical to the amino acid composition in NMF in order to nourish the stratum corneum and provide a plumping and anti-wrinkle effect.
